Good afternoon,
We have some exciting news. We have scheduled dates to get our parking lot totally redone. The construction will begin on Thursday, September 17th and will continue thru Monday, September 25th. Please be patient as we try to make all this work for everyone.
We will not be able to use our parking lot during the weekdays but on the weekends we will. Saturday September 19th and Sunday, September 20th we will be driving on rock and dirt, so we ask you to be extra careful. Saturday, September 26th and Sunday, September 27th there will be fresh asphalt, but there will not be any striping. Please do not spill anything out there, especially coffee and/or soda.
If you want to attend meetings on our campus Monday through Friday, you will need to park your cars over at the baseball fields across from the car wash or over at the outlets and walk in. There is a sidewalk across from the front of the houses next door. Once you reach the end and are entering the parking lot, there will be a walkway along the fence. Then you will enter through the gate (not installed yet) at the back of the children’s play yard area. You will continue up to the gate near the building, go through the gate and into the doors to get into the building.
If you choose to move your meeting location during this time, please let me know so we can adjust the thermostats and scheduled person to lock up.
